Cherry – Flavour of The Month
Sweet, tart and tangy, cherries come in a vibrant range of flavours and colours. An essential British fruit, cherries produce a strong harvest in the UK between mid-June and early September. They thrive in the UK climate, requiring a prolonged cold period during winter to prepare the trees for a successful bloom and fruiting season in the warm summer months.

Butterscotch – Flavour of The Month
The sweet, rich brown notes of butterscotch sit beautifully atop the warm, cooked flavours currently sweeping the market. This golden gem gets its name from the traditional scoring required before it fully cools, allowing for easy division once set. A true crown of English cuisine, butterscotch is believed to have originated in Doncaster and later became one of the town’s major exports after being famously enjoyed by Queen Victoria in 1851.

Neapolitan – Flavour of The Month
The famous ice cream trio, the Neapolitan, should not be confused with the pizza style of the same name — though both proudly claim Italian origins. Interestingly, the earliest known record of the ice cream version comes not from Italy, but from Prussia in 1839, where it was said to have been created by head chef Louis Ferdinand.

Plum – Flavour of The Month
The first bite of a plum bursts with sweet, tart, and lightly floral notes, its juiciness trickling down your face. One of the earliest fruits to be domesticated, the plum originated in Eastern Europe and China, which still dominate global production, accounting for around 55% of all plums grown.

Whisky – Flavour of The Month
Whisky’s fiery embrace begins with a smoky kiss on the palate, unfolding into a comforting warmth that radiates through the body. Once considered an old-fashioned nightcap or a “man's drink” enjoyed among friends, whisky is steadily redefining its image, inviting a new generation to explore its rich complexity and craftsmanship.
